At Chamki Jewels, we take great care in delivering high-quality jewellery to our customers. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we are here to assist you with a smooth and hassle-free return or replacement process.

Eligibility for Return

You may return a product if:

  • It arrives in a damaged or defective condition.
  • It has a manufacturing defect.
  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Steps to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide Proof: Share clear photos/videos of the damaged product and its packaging.
  3. Approval & Return Process: Once the damage is verified, we will provide instructions for the return or replacement.
  4. Return Shipping: We will arrange a return pickup or provide the return address. In some cases, we may offer a replacement without requiring a return.

Refund & Replacement

  • Replacement: If the item is in stock, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. Once approved, the replacement will be delivered within 7–10 business days.
  • Refund: If a replacement is unavailable, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Exceptions

  • We do not accept returns for minor color variations due to lighting or screen settings.
  • Return requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
  • The product must be unused and returned with original tags, box, and packaging.
